I once cried at a video about a retired British Royal Marine with Parkinson's disease and his family feeling the instant relief as the Deep Brain Stimulation device was turned on, and that moment has stayed with me ever since. Today, I’m driven by the challenge of solving complex, messy problems, not just for the sake of efficiency, but to create tools that tangibly improve how people live and work. My goal is to apply my skills to where 'making it work' means making someone's day-to-day life better.
