Nail Design

Outside of academic and projects, I have developed a profound passion for the art of nail care and design. Engaging in this hobby brings me immense satisfaction as I enjoy each step of the meticulous process. This particular interest originated in 2020 when my mom, due to the limitations posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, found it challenging to seek professional assistance for the care of her hands, which had become rough from daily household chores. Therefore, I became her personal nail technician.

​Since I started doing nails for my loved ones, I encountered a common problem not only for customers but also for experienced nail technicians: it is difficult to visualize designs without drawing them out. ​Motivated to address this issue, I made a decision to combine my knowledge in coding and passion for nail artistry to create a novel solution—an Augmented Reality app for designing and viewing nails in real time—nailARt.
